Honestly this is the most important rule. If you're a dick, no one will like you and we'll probably ban you. Minecraft is about having fun with friends. If you don't want to be our friend, then we don't need to deal with you.
This should be pretty obvious. If we catch you griefing, we will ban you, and submit your username to mcbans. We'll also sign your email up for random spam mail just to get back at you.
You can curse, but if we ask you to tone it down you should probably listen.
Trolling occasionally is funny. Flaming is not. CAPS LOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL ON THE ROAD TO BEING KICKED.
TNT is not banned, It's not deactivated, because there are legitimate uses for it. However, excessive use of TNT is discouraged, because destruction of the landscape is still considered greifing.
Spawning animals and mobs is fine. Spawning a bunch of them in one location will crash the server, which is not fine. Therefore making an animal spawner which intentionally does this is a bannable offense.
No 1x1 towers or 2x1 tunnels. They look like crap and you shouldn't need to use them since the overworld is creative. You're not allowed to do them in Survival either.
